Fascinating; a real insight • • • • • (bewertet mit 5 von 5 Punkten) Alle meine Rezensionen ansehen (REAL NAME) Rezension bezieht sich auf: Steve Jobs: A Biography (Gebundene Ausgabe) This is an amazing book for anyone interested in Apple, Steve Jobs, the technology industry or how to (and, at times, now not to) run a business. Walter Isaacson had the ideal combination of circumstances that could be available to a biographer - not only did Steve Jobs participate in more than 50 interviews directly with the author, but at the same time Jobs refused to have control over the content of the book. A detailed, intimate account of Steve Jobs' life, but with the good, as well as the bad, honestly laid bare. Isaacson writes in a style that allows the reader to keep up; remembering hundreds of names are not necessary, as Isaacson refers to choice characteristics or events as an aide-memoir, should the person reappear later in the book. He is fair and incisive when necessary. To be honest, this is one of the few books I have read day after day for hours on end! Eine Rezension von Ein Kunde vom 29.
